Olof Hermelin

Olof enjoys going from location to location throughout the day, previewing and showing properties, and making sure to find just the right home for just the right customers. He brings exceptional energy and contagious enthusiasm for New York City to his work, along with total dedication to the unique needs of his clients. Olof genuinely loves interacting with people, getting to know their wants and lifestyle, and helping them make their real estate dreams come true. These relationships are the most rewarding thing about his profession, as is his clients’ satisfaction after a job well done. His inherent work ethic, attention to detail and diligence have earned Olof an esteemed reputation in the New York real estate industry. “I am a creative thinker,” he explains, “and I like to be spontaneous and flexible. Things move very quickly in this city’s housing market, and the challenge of always being on my toes inspires me every day.” Fluent in Swedish and English, Olof holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Uppsala. He currently lives in Harlem, and works with clients and properties all over Manhattan. Real estate investing is a personal interest as well. Olof also has a passion for travel, swimming and chess.
